FAQ

Can I change the LED color?
Yes — the RGB LEDs cycle through colors or can be set to a fixed color via Bluetooth app or included remote.

What file format do I need for my logo?
SVG, AI, or PDF for vector files (preferred). High-resolution PNG (300dpi+) also accepted. We'll confirm the engraving layout with you before production starts.

How bright is it?
Bright enough to be clearly visible in a normally lit room and as a background element in a streaming setup. Not designed as a primary light source.

How does it charge?
Built-in rechargeable battery — charges via Type-C cable (5V standard charging, fast charge not supported). Use any USB power bank, USB wall adapter, or USB port. No dedicated charger required.

How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies depending on brightness and color settings. Charge via Type-C before first use.

How long does production take?
5–10 business days. We confirm your artwork layout before cutting begins.

Designer Notes

What inspired this piece?
A backlit sign with your name or logo on it used to require a sign shop and a minimum order. This is the version made for one person, one desk, one setup.

Why this material?
Laser-engraved acrylic scatters light differently from the surface than from the engraved areas — that contrast is what makes the text or logo glow. The aluminum base keeps it stable and gives it weight.

One thing I obsessed over.
Making sure the engraving depth is consistent across the whole panel. Too shallow and the glow is uneven. The laser settings took a few test cuts to get right.
