Custom Furniture & One-Off Builds

Some of these builds started with a personal studio need. Others came from specific workspace constraints — an unusual ceiling height, a room that couldn't be drilled into, or equipment that standard furniture simply couldn't house.

All builds are engineered around standard T-slot aluminum extrusion profiles, chrome steel optical shafts, and marine board. They can be cut to fit the project, assembled with standard connectors, and reconfigured as your space changes.

Choose the route that fits the build: compact physical furniture prepared for shipping, a made-to-order physical desk frame for one or two people, or a digital furniture design plan if you want to source profiles locally.

Small-Scale Physical Builds: For rolling carts, equipment stands, compact shelving, and side tables, we offer a physical build service. After confirming a 3D model, we source the parts, test-assemble the structure in our workshop to check fit, then disassemble it for tracked flat-pack shipping.
Physical Desk Frames: Our custom aluminum desk frame comes in Single Desk and Double Desk versions. We prepare and ship the aluminum frame components and matching hardware. You source the wood or glass tabletop locally; it is not included.
Digital Furniture Design Plans (from $20): For projects where you want to source profiles locally, we provide a 3D preview, profile cut list, and itemized hardware specifications. The starting tier is for small-to-medium compact furniture; larger or multi-section projects are quoted individually. If specialized fittings are hard to source locally, ask about a separate lightweight airmail shipment from China.

Floor-to-Ceiling Pegboard Storage Wall

A tension-mounted modular storage wall built from floor-to-ceiling aluminum profiles without drilling into the wall. Features a repositionable pegboard panel for gear and everyday carry items, plus a marine board bench with a lower shelf for boots and storage underneath. Adjustable and removable.

Modular Aluminum Desk Frame

A made-to-order physical aluminum-profile frame for a single or shared two-person workspace. The Single Desk and Double Desk versions are sized to your needs. The 3D reference shows an approximately 180 × 71 × 64 cm frame and a 200 × 80 cm tabletop for scale; the wood or glass tabletop is not included and should be purchased locally. Tell us its material and dimensions so we can review the appropriate frame fittings. The three longest beams in the reference frame are split for shipping and joined with dedicated connectors during assembly. Frames longer than 200 cm require extra central support and a separate shipping review. Acrylic side panels, pegboards or steel-cable details can be discussed before production.

Floor-to-Ceiling Bookshelf Wall

A full-height modular bookshelf wall engineered from aluminum profiles spanning floor to ceiling. Adjustable shelf heights support books and objects while making use of vertical storage space.

Floor-to-Ceiling Cat Tree

A vertical cat climbing and lounge structure held between floor and ceiling using tension hardware. Acrylic steps, cat perches, and plant platforms can be attached or repositioned along the profiles.

Plant Stand — Adjustable Shelf with Optical Shaft Frame

A tiered multi-level display stand combining aluminum profiles with chrome steel optical shafts. Each shelf height and tilt angle is adjustable for plants, books, audio gear, or studio tools.

A modular plant cabinet with an aluminum frame, pegboard backing and grow light strips. Shelves and hooks can be adjusted, while the base accommodates a crate or small vivarium.

For a compact cart, shelf, stand or side table, send your measurements, clearance needs and reference images. We prepare a 3D preview, review the quote, source the parts, test-assemble the build in our workshop and pack it for tracked shipment. See physical custom furniture builds.

Physical Single & Double Desk Frames

Select the single- or double-person version of the custom aluminum desk frame. Send your desired frame or tabletop dimensions, wood or glass choice, and any requested side details so we can review the build and shipping. The tabletop is sourced locally and is not included.

Digital Furniture Design Plans (From $20)

If you will buy the main profiles locally for another furniture project, Custom Furniture Design Plans provide a 3D preview, profile cut lengths and quantities, and a hardware list. The starting tier covers small-to-medium compact furniture; larger projects are quoted individually. Specialized small fittings can be sourced and airmailed separately when needed.

Which projects can be shipped as physical builds?

Compact carts, equipment stands, shelving and side tables can be reviewed for physical workshop preparation and flat-pack shipping. The single- and double-person desk frame is a separate made-to-order physical product, shipped without a tabletop. We confirm shipping for each design and destination.

Why choose a digital design plan?

For some furniture projects, buying standard profiles locally can reduce the need to ship bulky metal. The design plan provides a preview and parts specifications for a local build; it is separate from the physical desk-frame listing.
