This is a custom design service, not a pre-made furniture PDF. Every plan is created for your specific requirements.

Revisions & Design Process

One initial design + one reasonable revision is included in every package to refine dimensions, shelf spacings, or layout adjustments after your 3D preview. (If you choose to fundamentally change the entire scale, structure, or intended use after the first design is prepared, we will provide an updated quote for the additional scope).

By having us design the structure down to the millimeter and sourcing the aluminum profiles and panels locally, you avoid extreme international freight costs while getting a custom-engineered piece built to last.

Custom Panels, Feet & Rolling Casters

• Base options: Choose heavy-duty adjustable leveling feet for stationary stability, or industrial locking swivel casters (wheels) for smooth mobility. We factor foot/caster heights into your overall working dimensions.
• Panel support: Exact dimensions and mounting brackets for your choice of tabletop and shelf materials—whether solid wood, marine board (birch plywood), optical acrylic, tempered glass, or pegboard panels.

Hard-to-find hardware? We can airmail it

While aluminum profiles and common screws are readily available from local industrial suppliers or online retailers, specialized accessories—such as specific heavy-duty locking casters, pivot hinges, end caps, or internal hidden joints—can sometimes be tricky to find locally. If needed, we can package and airmail the necessary fittings directly from China straight to your door.

2. Review your 3D preview: We build an accurate 3D preview model showing frames, panels, and base hardware for you to inspect.
3. Refine & confirm: Request layout or height adjustments with your included design revision.
4. Receive your build package: We deliver your complete digital specification: 3D model, profile cut list ready for metal cutting services, hardware photo list with quantities, and panel dimensions.

FAQ

Is this a physical piece of furniture?

No. This is a digital design service delivered electronically. You receive customized 3D models and an itemized build list (BOM, profile cut list, hardware photo list, and panel dimensions). No physical furniture is shipped. For small-scale physical furniture kits pre-tested in our workshop, see our physical build service.

How do I know how much my project will cost?

Standard compact pieces (small carts, small shelves, simple stands) start at $20. For larger, multi-section, or complex pieces, simply message us your dimensions and requirements, and we will give you an exact design fee quote before you start.

What if I change my mind about the dimensions?

Minor adjustments to shelf heights, clearances, or overall dimensions are covered in your included revision. If the overall structural design or scale changes completely, a revised quote will be provided.

Where do I buy the aluminum extrusions and materials?

Standard aluminum profiles can be purchased cut-to-length from local extrusion suppliers, Amazon, AliExpress, McMaster-Carr, or local metal shops. We specify standard extrusion profiles (such as 2020, 3030, or 4040) so ordering is straightforward.

Can you source the hardware for me?

Yes. If any specialized brackets, casters, or fittings are difficult or expensive to source in your area, we can package and airmail the exact fittings to you from China.
