• Compact Shelving: Desktop risers, 2–3 tier compact shelving, and small bookshelf units.
• Small Cabinets: Compact credenzas and low enclosed storage units.
• Equipment Stands: Rigid plinths and stands for audio gear, 3D printers, or PC towers.
• Side Tables: Minimal industrial side tables, nightstands, and low coffee tables.
• Small Desk Structures: Compact laptop desks or small workspace frames under manageable transport dimensions.

Choosing Between Physical Builds and Digital Plans

• Physical Build (This Service): Best for small-to-medium compact furniture. We confirm your 3D design, procure all profiles and hardware, fully assemble and test every joint in our workshop, then disassemble into labeled flat-pack parcels for tracked international shipping.
• Digital Design Plan: Best for large desks, wide workstations, or wall storage systems. International freight for full-size metal extrusions is high, so our digital service provides 3D models, millimeter-precise cut lists, and a hardware guide so you can source standard profiles locally and save substantially.

How It Works

1. Send your project idea: Share your target dimensions, clearances, intended use, sketch, reference photo, or AI concept.
2. Review the 3D model: We prepare a 3D preview so you can verify the shape, shelf heights, and proportions before quoting.
3. Confirm your custom quote: Pricing is individually calculated based on the approved dimensions, materials, structure, accessories, and destination shipping.
4. Workshop pre-assembly & testing: We procure all profiles and hardware, then fully assemble the piece in our workshop to test all tolerances, fit, and rigidity.
5. Disassembly & tracked shipping: We carefully disassemble the tested piece into labeled flat-pack parcels and ship them directly to your door with tracked delivery.

Production and Shipping

Production, fabrication, and workshop testing usually take 5–10 business days after the design and quote are confirmed. Delivery takes 12–22 business days with tracking.

Shipping available to US, UK, CA, AU, JP, SG & NZ — final shipping cost included in your project quote. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

What sizes can be physically built and shipped?

Physical custom builds are strictly limited to small-to-medium compact furniture (such as rolling utility carts, compact shelving, small cabinets, equipment stands, side tables, and small desk structures) that can be safely flat-packed and shipped internationally.

What if I want a large desk, wide workstation, or large storage wall?

For large furniture, we do not recommend physical shipping because raw metal freight is prohibitively expensive. Instead, use our Custom Furniture Design Plan. We engineer the exact 3D design and cut list so you can purchase standard extrusions from a local supplier at a fraction of the cost.

Can I send a rough sketch or reference image?

Yes. You can send dimensions, a napkin sketch, reference photo, or an AI concept. We will review your requirements and prepare a 3D preview model before providing a formal quote.

Can large panels be sourced locally?

Yes. For builds requiring large wood, acrylic, or glass panels, we can provide millimeter-precise cut dimensions so you can source them locally if you prefer, reducing parcel weight and avoiding transit risk.

How does pricing work?

Each custom build is individually quoted based on dimensions, materials, structure, accessories, and shipping. The $500 figure is a placeholder, not a fixed flat price.

Do I need specialized tools to assemble it?

No. Because every piece is test-assembled and verified in our workshop before disassembling and packing, reassembly on your end only requires basic hex keys.
